Yes. This generation already supports ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 and includes a 12V-2×6 cable. It is available in 750 W, 850 W and 1000 W versions.
Both are ATX 3.1 products, but the newer v5 introduces the updated OptiSilent fan-control system and a dual-color native 12V-2×6 cable, along with the revised thermal/acoustic design. If you are comparing both generations, check the exact model before purchase rather than relying only on the FOCUS GX name.
Yes. This generation already includes a 12V-2×6 cable. As always, the PSU wattage still needs to be appropriate for the graphics card and the rest of the system.
The individual models are tested separately, so they do not necessarily receive identical results. Seasonic currently lists the 1000 W version as Cybenetics Gold, while the 850 W and 750 W versions are listed as Platinum; all three remain 80 PLUS Gold.
