Seasonic joins the next generation of 3DMark in an upcoming GPU benchmark

Taipei, Taiwan – July 24, 2026 – Seasonic today announced a new collaboration with 3DMark, developed by UL Solutions, for its upcoming next-generation GPU benchmark.

Built to push modern graphics hardware further, the new benchmark features a fully path-traced workload rendered at native 4K resolution, with support for selected AI upscaling and frame-generation technologies.

As part of the collaboration, the Seasonic logo will appear in the benchmark’s opening scene, bringing the brand into an experience used by gamers, reviewers, overclockers, system builders, and hardware professionals to evaluate their systems.

“3DMark has long been a reference point for people who want to understand what their systems can really do,” said Walter Sun, President of Seasonic. “As graphics performance continues to advance, reliable and responsive power delivery remains essential. This collaboration reflects a natural connection between two brands closely tied to high-performance PC hardware.”

Power Behind Performance

A demanding graphics workload does not test the GPU alone. It puts the entire system to work.

Rapid changes in GPU power draw require a power supply that can respond quickly while maintaining stable output, operating efficiently, and managing heat effectively. These are the same engineering priorities behind Seasonic’s power solutions for gaming PCs, workstations, and enthusiast systems.
