常问问题
It means the PSU cables are permanently attached rather than detachable. You do not need to choose or connect modular cables during installation, but unused cables remain inside the case. If you prefer to connect only the cables you need, CORE GX is the fully modular alternative.
Yes. CORE GC-650 complies with ATX 3.1 specifications but uses traditional PCIe 8-pin graphics-card connectors. The 750 W and 850 W models add a native 12V-2×6 cable, so the cable supplied with the PSU depends on the wattage you choose. You can also browse our other ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 power supplies.
Choose according to the complete system. The higher-wattage models are useful for more demanding graphics cards and CPUs, but wattage alone is not a reason to move from 650 W to 850 W. Connector requirements matter here as well because the 650 W version does not include native 12V-2×6. For more information on what PSU you should get, use our Wattage Calculator.
Both use fixed cables, come in 650 W, 750 W and 850 W, and support ATX 3.1. The main difference is efficiency certification: CORE GC is 80 PLUS Gold, while CORE BC is 80 PLUS Bronze. Both carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
Its 140 mm length is relatively compact for an ATX PSU and can leave more room for drive cages, cables or other hardware. Fixed cables still need somewhere to be routed, though, so the available space inside the case should be checked before installation. Read our guide to PSU size and case cooling.
