The native cable is intended for compatible Seasonic ATX 3.0 and ATX 3.1 power supplies from 650 W upward. This includes current PRIME TX/PX ATX 3.1, VERTEX GX/PX, FOCUS GX ATX 3.x and CORE GX ATX 3.1 models. ATX 2.x power supplies do not support the native PSU-side 12V-2×6 cable.

Yes. The 12V-2×6 connector is backward compatible with the previous 12VHPWR implementation used with ATX 3.0 hardware. That means a compatible Seasonic ATX 3.x PSU can use this cable with a graphics card designed for 12VHPWR. For a closer look at the connector change, see our Native 12V-2×6 Cable Guide.
The cable is rated for up to 600 W and uses 16 AWG wire with high-current terminal connectors. The PSU itself still needs to be correctly sized for the graphics card and the complete system, so always follow the GPU manufacturer's recommended power-supply rating as well. Make sure the connector is fully inserted, click-locked and seated properly at both ends before using the system. Do not bend the cable sharply next to the connector or apply sideways pressure once it is connected.

No. This is a native 12V-2×6 to 12V-2×6 cable, so both the PSU and graphics-card ends use the 12V-2×6 connection. Seasonic also offers adapter-style cables for compatible older modular PSUs that use 8-pin connectors on the PSU side. Always check the exact cable type before ordering or reusing one.
